I'm grateful to have my artwork in several gallery shows around Southern Connecticut this holiday season. Last year all exhibits I planned to do were either cancelled or went to an online format given the COVID situation at the time. Although we still need to be careful, its great to see the artwork back in person again.
Firstly, at the Ridgefield Guild of Artists I have a piece accepted in their '16th Annual Festive Home Reimagined' that started this weekend. The exhibit continues through to Dec 19th. The gallery walls of the Guild Barn are magically transformed into a festive holiday exhibit and artwork is presented beautifully throughout. The Ridgefield Guild of Artist is at 34 Halpin Lane in Ridgefield CT, please check the RGOA website for opening times and further details
Secondly, the '40' Art Show at Art/Place Gallery in Fairfield CT continues until Jan 2nd 2022. This show features a couple of my seascapes and is part of the 40th Anniversary of Art/Place Gallery. There will be a holiday party on Sunday December 5th 2-5pm to help celebrate, otherwise the gallery is generally open 12-5 pm daily except on holidays.
Finally, I'm excited to have one of my paintings at the Mark Twain Library in Redding CT as part of the 49th Annual Mark Twain Library Art Show. This begins on Friday Dec 3rd for certain sponsors of the event, with ticketed admission available on Saturday evening and open for viewing during regular library hours from Sunday Dec 5th to Dec 12th. More details can be found on the Mark Twain Library Art show website.
